Tony Kart Racing Team announces the official 2025 drivers
While waiting the start of the next season, our sports division unveils the 24 drivers who will take part in major international competitions in the MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ/KZ2 categories for the colors of the Racing Team
Filed the 2024 season, the Tony Kart Racing Team is ready to anticipate the first news for the 2025 season. While waiting for the sports program to be made official, our sports division is pleased to present the 24 drivers who will take part in the most important races on the international karting scene under our colors. Our drivers will of course be able to count on the newly homologated Tony Kart Racer 401 T (KZ/KZ2, OK and OKJ) and Tony Kart Rookie (MINI) chassis, both equipped with Vortex engines, the “engine division” of OTK Kart Group.
In KZ/KZ2, the lineup remains unchanged, confirming the good work done by our drivers throughout the year. Lorenzo Camplese, KZ vice world champion in 2021, and Tom Leuillet, in his third year with our team, will again be joined by Francesco Celenta, Marijn Kremers (KZ world champion in 2019) and Nicola Rossini.
In OK, the experienced David Walther, also fielded in the KZ2 category in the season just ended, will again be the point of reference for our Racing Team in the premier class of direct drive karts. Thomas Pradier and Oliver Rasmussen will contest their first full year among the “Seniors,” having already made their debut in this class at the two WSK Final Cup events, in which recent new-entry Jindrich Pešl also took part.
In OKJ, Ilie Tristan Crisan (on the podium in the last round of the WSK Final Cup) and Augustus Toniolo have been reconfirmed. After grinding experience in OKJ-N, Sebastian Eskandari-Marandi and Henri Constant Kumpen return to our official line-up. Oliveri Sini, on the other hand, is about to face his first full season in the “Junior”, after a series of outstanding results in the MINI and a first approach to this category during the WSK Final Cup. Finally, Julian Frasnelli (winner this year of the Italian championship and the WSK Final Cup in the MINI Gr.3), Nikita Ljubimov and Matéo Rivals (French vice-champion in the “Junior”) join the team.
The lineup of our drivers in the MINI also expands. Andrea Iannone, Linghan Li, Henri Möhring, Tiberius Müller and Jean Poujol will again defend our colors, along with newcomers Victor Thomas Gorun and Miguel Enrique Manzano Suarez.
