A winning 2010 for Tony Kart
The competitive 2010 season is almost closed and the outcome is undoubtedly positive for our colours, both for the sporting activity and for the products’ appreciation showed by our sporting partners. Our Racing Team’s competitiveness has been good during the whole season and the success has arrived in any category, SKF, KZ2 and KF2.
The year begun with a double success in the WSK Euro Series, at La Conca International Circuit (Italy) where Ardigò and D’Agosto conquered the SKF and KF2 categories, respectively. D’Agosto then won the Championship, in KF2 class, very important category that was furthermore controlled in the whole Championship with not less than six drivers racing Tony Kart, in the first tenth positions. To name them, D’Agosto, the winner, Nortoft, Lock, Varley, Kanamaru and Silva. In SKF category we fought until the last race of the Championship but unfortunately the title was gained by the “friendly” Kosmic Kart Racing Department Team with Armand Convers. The WSK World Series results followed the success gained in the continental Series where our products always shone, in any category and competition, with Tony Kart-Vortex drivers always struggling for the absolute victory. During the season we also succeed in KZ category, as well as in SKF and KF2 ones; not only, we also got the podium and important victories such as the XIV edition of the Las Vegas Super Nationals and the WSK Nations Cup. The year ended with the Asian Macao competition, the very classic for this ending season, where we won the final and third consecutive victory with Marco Ardigò. All sporting results, as we already said, can be put together the unquestionable numerical ones, actually Tony Kart, according to the most prestigious entry list figures of any world competitions, confirmed to clearly be the most appreciated brand from drivers and teams. Many are also our team-partners’ results, amongst them and just to mention one, is the podium gained on the occasion of the World Championship in KF category, won by Chamberlain. Last but not least, the most recent part of the season was then featured by such an important event as the introduction of the last development of our major chassis, the Racer EVRR and the Krypton KSX, which as soon as they were presented on the scene they were already winning!
